There is no need to introduce the Romans. From the Republic to the Empire, they were one of the greatest nation of all time. Idolized by most, the Romans had powerful war tactics and strategies and they were a military force a few were able to rival. They had great knowledge and were really advance in their technology. In Natios, the Romans have a unique play style with the Battle Formations. Your units have to choose how to fight and win at the beginning of your turn and it unlocks a variety of play styles.
*The other cards that fit the Roman archetype but are not only for the Roman are mostly in the "Empire of Ascendance" section of the Cards list
**The Roman cards can be found in the Empire of Ascendance set.
Strengths:
- You will be able to select a Battle Formation each turn, making your army versatile and strong
- Your soldiers are really powerful and they excel in a lot of roles
- This faction has a really great variety of cards. From destroying cards to searching cards, your toolkit is exceptional.
Weaknesses:
- To unlock new Battle Formations, you need to play heroes, possibly giving Triumph Cards to your opponent
- A lot of your Tactics and Ambushes affect both you and your opponent positively or negatively
- Your soldiers and heroes work together and your strength can easily crumble if you loose one of them.
