The terrifying armies of Wallachia are the people that fought under the reign of the infamous Vlad Dracula Tepes, the inspiration for the vampire Dracula. Wallachia, now Romania was the center of multiple conflicts opposing the Ottoman Empire and Europe’s forces. Known for his cruel guerrilla and war tactics, Vlad III was a prominent leader and a man hiding in the shadow of his legendary tales during the 15th century.
